The Guilty World

Guilt is innate. We as humans know right from wrong. This started because Adam + Eve ate the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Since then, humans have struggled because we continually choose our own desires over God. This is sin, and it separates us from the perfect communion our Creator designed between God and man. Not one human is exempt from this-- not one is righteous, and not one can become righteous by his or her own striving. We see this through the mirror of the Law. Because we can not clean ourselves we are in need of salvation through a Savior.

What do you see in the mirror? How dirty are you really? What are you choosing over communion with your King?

You will never measure up. You will never obtain righteousness on your own. You will never be able to bridge the gap created by sin. There is only one solution-- one Way. Jesus is our salvation. He makes us righteous when we put our faith in Him. When we allow Him to see what He could all along, we allow Him to wash it all away.

Will you give Him your heart today so that He may make it a righteous heart-- ready to join in His Kingdom?

What if daily we let Him clean us that we may be with Him?

“Because of the Lord’s faithful love we do not perish, for His mercies never end. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness!”
